One of our talented designers will work with you and your project coordinator to develop a custom home design that suits your needs, budget, lifestyle and land. With this service, floor plans and elevations are created based on sketches and specifications. Cross-sections, details, and a foundation plan will also be produced for you to give builders, engineers and to submit for permits.
We also offer many pre-designed home floor plans through our division of timber frame homes! Take one of our Davis Timber Frame designs and turn it into an eSIPS panelized home. Our pre-designed floor plans include custom designs, farmhouses, homesteads, bungalows, capes, mountain designs, small to large sized home floor plans and more!
