Classic Homestead The Classic Homestead is one of our most requested floor plans. The first floor features an open space with the great room, kitchen and dining room open to one another. The first floor also includes a spacious master bedroom suite. The second floor has two small bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Classic Studio 4 offers a great spacious floor plan for a smaller home. The first floor features a large living room and to the left is the kitchen and dining area. A half bath is also located on the first floor. The second floor hosts the two bedroom and a shared bathroom.
We borrowed the traditional look of a sugar house and turned it into a charming floor plan. The Classic Sugar House first floor offers a spacious great room and an open kitchen and dining area to the right. The second floor hosts a large bedroom, bathroom and loft. We have an additional Sugar House plan available that is similar with 300 sf more living space and an additional bedroom.
