Jeff Davis has worked in the residential building industry for over three decades and has designed and overseen hundreds of custom home plans for timber frame and post and beam homes, prefab homes, additions, garages, barns, panelized homes and SIPs homes.
One of our talented designers will work with you and your project coordinator to develop a custom prefab home design that suits your needs, budget, lifestyle and land. With this service, floor plans and elevations are created based on sketches and specifications. Cross-sections, details, and a foundation plan will also be produced for you to give builders, engineers and to submit for permits.
We also offer many pre-designed floor plans through our division of timber frame homes! Take one of our Davis Timber Frame designs and turn it into an eSIPS panelized home. Our pre-designed floor plans include custom designs, farmhouses, homesteads, bungalows, capes, mountain designs, small to large sized home floor plans and more!

An eSIPS project coordinator will work closely with you to make sure you create the home of you have always dreamed of. Each eSIPS client is assigned a project coordinator who will assist you during the design process, help with material choices for the home and also to offer support and guidance throughout the building process.
